We had help from her 4 years ago with our son (who has been a phenomenal sleeper from the day we saw her), and have now called her for help with our daughter who was feeding to sleep, napping 40 minutes in the day, and waking atleast 10 times a night.
We are only a week in, and our daughter now self settles and wakes once per night for a feed.
Claire was able to answer any questions I had and helped with techniques to suit what we wanted and accommodated our daughters medical needs.
On going support is fantastic as well to make sure we are on the right track and have no further questions.

My 7 month old was feeding to sleep, taking an hour to go down at bedtime and waking every 2hrs overnight. He was also feeding to sleep for naps and sleeping on me just to get longer naps and not have a grumpy baby.
By Day 6 my son was self settling for every sleep within 10mins with mostly self soothing noises. He was waking twice overnight and was napping in his cot for 1-2hrs per nap.

Our 8 month old son would only go to sleep by being breastfed. After 5 days, he is now self settling and soothing himself to sleep on his own! He is now no longer waking for a feed during the night too, if he wakes he is able to fall back asleep on his own. Words can not explain how grateful i'am. Its been a whirl wind journey which i can proudly say i could not have ended it in a better way.
Claire is our saviour! As bub was waking almost hourly every night, had bad sleep associations such as rocking, bopping and swaying and was put to sleep anyway possible by the vaccume and white noise.
I was running on empty, stressed out and very sleep deprived oh and very very anxious!!
Once she started all the bad sleep association my bub Alex had were almost if not completely gone. Even taking his dummy away and i haven't looked back since.
It takes plenty of determination and persistence. Its all about sticking to routine and bub will follow. Im still amazing at what been accomplished in only a few days.
Claire equips you with the right tools so you can handle any situation. And being a first time mum i've been given so much information i feel i can handle anything.

I used to spend the majority of my time either trying to get my daughter to sleep or dealing with an overtired, cranky baby.
The strangest thing happens now... I put her to sleep and walk out of her room and she goes to sleep without a peep!! It is absolutely wonderful!!
It was a really rough time trying to handle motherhood with a baby who only slept for very short intervals during the day + being tired from night wakings... It was near impossible to run a household and a business with Lacey's sleeping habits the way they were.

There comes a point where you think there is nothing you can do to help your baby sleep. You think you have tried EVERYTHING under the sun.
You have to reach out to someone like Claire, who will give you options, who will give you new ideas, and write you a step by step plan.
My 16 month old daughter (now 18 months) would wake a minimum of 4 times per night, and it wasn't unheard of for her to wake every 40 minutes. 11 times in 9 hours wasn't so rare.
This has been a long and slow process. We wanted to be gentle. We didn't want to upset my daughter. Claire has supported us every single day.
We have now had 2 weeks of her sleeping 10 hours per night. Something I never imagined possible. She is in her own bed, in her own room. It's almost hard to believe we have reached this point. Thank you so much Claire. Thank you for your wisdom, advice, and plan. And thank you for supporting our decisions to take the long road, be gentle, and have her in her own double bed.

Our 14mo used to self settle but had become extremely difficult to get down for naps/bed time (wanting to be rocked/patted to sleep). We saw Claire 2.5wks ago and we haven’t had to rock our daughter at all since. My husband and I are still amazed that the simple methods worked so well and it’s made such a difference to our lives not having to stress about the bed time battle anymore. Not only did Claire help us to get her self settling again, but she gave advice on diet, sleep times and so many other things that we had no idea about.
